  I've been shopping at Yankee Candle for 6 years. Sometimes I shop online but most of the time I'll go into the store. Just recently moved down here and the first time I went into the store I have had the worst experience customer wise. The manager was completely rude, constantly rolled her eyes at me, sassy, and was annoyed at my presence. I was nothing but completely respectful towards her, but she wanted nothing to do with me. The rest of her staff was really helpful and nice. They even apologized for their managers Behavior saying " I'm sorry, she's just having a bad day". I have worked in retail all my life, I don't care if you're having the worst day of your life, you leave that attitude at the door and treat every customer with respect. I have even called the district manager to tell her about how rude the Manager was. She said she would talk to her about it and said sorry. I'm not sure if the district manager or even talked to the manager or if anything was done. Other than that, the store is clean and very well organized. I just won't go into that store unless I have absolutely have to. I would rather shop online then get an attitude from a manager who should know otherwise.
