  My 6 year old son is extremely sick with the flu and we had to take him to the ER. The doctor recommended an over the counter medication versus the prescription which was costly. I am not familiar with it so I tried to ask the woman behind the pharmacy counter. She wasn’t sure so tried to ask the lady pharmacist and she cut her off mid sentence, “don’t have it.” So I asked if they are waiting on a shipment or do they not carry it. She turned to ask the pharmacist, again she was cut off “we don’t have it.” So the lady behind the counter repeated her question if they were waiting on a shipment or just don’t carry it. Pharmacist again rudely said “don’t have it stock... sigh” Needless to say she was extremely rude not only to me but the employee. I know it’s a busy job but it’s not so busy you can’t show a little kindness to a worried parent or your employee. Three seconds to stop and show manners and reply to a question would have been all it took. “No mam we are all out but should receive a shipment soon.” Now not Only worried about my son but irritated because the person you come to seek help from is so rude and uncaring. Thanks a lot Walgreens
