  This is the worst store. Worst customer service. They did not even acknowledge us when we walked in or after we stood around for ten minutes waiting. Then I finally said something to the guy as he and his fellow coworker are BOTH talking to the same woman about how their day was going !! Unbelievable. They have lied to my boyfriend, and given him the run around. They are the most unhelpful. I’m really not sure how this store is in business. I have been in customer service my entire life. Absolutely appalling the way we were treated. The manager is just as bad. Then I call in to make a complaint and they’re just as bad!! If I could give this store a negative 10 stars, I would. Do NOT go here. There’s a guy at the cherry dale store who is much more helpful. If they were open we would have gone there. Do NOT go here.
