  Worst customer service ever....then u call on the service line...u cant understand them...n the stores--pass the buck to each other...manager is always on a conference call...prolly having a relationship with the chick at cherrydale who keeps saying he is on a conference call...unreal....we switched from what we thought was a bad company...to a bad company.....as soon as t mobile has another deal...we r out for their plan.....unreal...people...as much as ur bills r ....yall r no better than metro pcs who is the worst.... We even brought our own phones syraight out n still got screwed up our behinds with these low class americans...n foreigners who u can understand... I am also writing bbb....because you all need to be shut down...period! Why is it u dont hv tech support? Why is it so hard to get a voice on the phone? Why dont u better train ur people? People we r paying for a name....a name that use to be....until some greedy persom took it over and is all about money! .. ...
