  I recently visited the location wearing everyday clothes (I'm a multimillionaire) showing nothing but a cheap 20$ chain and told them I needed an appraisal on my parents (who recently passed away) jewelry. I was very suspicious when they wouldn't give me a quote but just kept asking "how much do you want for it?" And also LAUGHING that some of it happened to be fake. Finally I get an answer and the manager says 460$. The jewelry was well worth over 5k$ and he knew it. I respectfully declined and pulled up my sleeve revealing my Rolex and the script flipped! He wanted to inspect it and even sell me another one just like it! By far worst businessman I have ever seen. I had 10k cash to spend that day and all they had to do was be honest. I'm only 20 and can tell a scam when I see one! Steer clear!
