  I purchased 2 tops in your Greenville store. I used my bank debit card and entered my pin and it said approved on the screen. The cashier said that it did not go through and I would have to swipe again, said had been having problems all weekend with machine. I did as requested after asking if she was sure it wasn't going to charge my card again & being assured that it would not. Later upon online review of my bank statement I see that I have been charged twice. I understand that mistakes happen. My problem stems from how it was handled. On first call I'm told it will drop off and if not call back. Well it did not so I called back again, told to give few more days or come to store (2hrs away) or call this number. Well this number was out of service and second number to wrong appt. Then I'm told to email corporate. What??? Since what I was being told made no sense to me, out of desperation for help I decided to call a different store and see if they could help me. Praise God that Dee Dee in the Augusta store was willing and able to help even though it was not her store, state, or mistake. They way the Greenville store handled this situation is way past unacceptable. They need training. How do the managers there not know the same information that Dee Dee did? If not for Dee Dee you would have lost me & my family forever. I will visit Dee Dee's location but even that will be a while bc this has been ridiculous!! Very upset customer!!!
