  Bought a roll of foundation membrane and two roles of dimple board from this place five months ago. Used up the membrane on a job but only ended up using half a role of the dimple board. Tried to return un-opened roll of dimple board with my sales ticket that I kept and was told I couldn't return it because it was past 90 days. UN-OPENED mind you. Their excuse was that they only allow 90 day returns on waterproofing products. This stuff is a roll of plastic with fabric attached to it with some type of tar. It's supposed to be guaranteed by the manufacturer for 10 years in the ground!!! Who knows how long they leave this stuff in their warehouse on the shelf. 90 day return... B.S. And the sales ticket says nothing about a 90 day return policy on waterproofing products nor did any of the sleezy sales people tell me I had only 90 days. That is until I tried to bring it back. $130 dollar roll of dimple board that im now stuck with! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!
