  They have some very pretty items and they have good sales. My issue comes with the overall shopping experience. I never enjoy shopping here because of how pushy the sales people are. I am approached about every item I pick up and feel pressured into buying things that I know I don’t want. I know it is probably just the boss’ demands that they customer service people 24/7 and try to be their personal shopper/stylist but I don’t shop here anymore because I cannot enjoy it. Don’t get me wrong, the employees are very nice and helpful when needed, but are very pushy about selling you any item you pick up or look at. Coming in here “just to look” isn’t really possible, from what my friends/family have said as well, but it will always just depend on the day/associate as to how you will be serviced. Overall though about 90% of the time I leave here feeling the way I do about the employees when I leave a car dealership, so I think I’ll stick to the Macy’s collection of MK.
