  I have been buying rings for my wife and me for years from here. They are the best jeweler's I have ever worked with. And I do a lot with them. I am sorry that a person had a bad experience, but they go out of their way for customers. Even building a platform and stone to fit in my great grandma's ring, after they spent a year trying to find one first. Give them the chance, I have and will only do business with them
