  The worst customer service! Had to wait 30 min on the manager (Rantsy) to return back to the store just to do a even exchange. The workers state the manager (Rantsy) left to go get change from Wells Fargo around the corner, but everyone knows the bank is closed @ 5:00. After waiting 35 min the workers decided to call his cell phone multiple times with no answer. I finally asked could I get the size I need and y’all keep the box and the receipt so he can enter it into the system whenever he decides to return. The cashier said “yes ma’am because this is ridiculous.” I ended up leaving the store with my shoes in a bag, with no shoe box which is tacky, but I am appreciative of the staff that was there that tried to help. They have lost me as a customer until they get better management & play better music without all the profanity, while people are shopping for shoes for their children.
