  I reached out to your office and was redirected, where I was informed the office was closed and our appointment would have to be rescheduled. I was extremely disappointed that we have not received a call or email from you that your office had taken a ‘snow day’. This is very unprofessional to not notify your clients that their appointment time was not going to be met. It is a wasted day for myself, the maintenance personal and the residents. There are several auto-response services that allow you to communicate with your clients while not presently in the office.
