  Worst customer service I have experienced. Had a mower under warranty for nearly a Month. I have left 3 messages on voicemails asking to for an update. Finally had drive there to speak to someone. Part was ordered yesterday. Ready next week. Looked at me like I was the pain for even asking . He had had 60 customers in that day. Wonder if he treated all of them so badly. I will be writing to John Deere. These people put their good name to shame

  I decided to purchase a John Deere Riding Lawn Mower that would be higher quality and performance than the models stocked at the big box stores. This is a great place to go and talk to someone who knows their stuff, and buy high quality equipment. I had done my research before walking in, and everything Austin said lined up with what others had been saying. He did not try to sell me a more expensive piece of equipment - just the one that would meet my needs and provide the best value. He offered a great price on the new machine, and even recommended places I could find an additional coupon. Delivery was easy, free, and on time - the mower rolled off the truck assembled and ready to run; and it will likely do so for many years to come.
