  Our technician was knowledgeable and worked with us to do the best package according to our needs. He was not too friendly or warm but did meet our needs as far as the alarm system goes. The whole process took about 5 1/2 hours and he taught us how to utilize it and where to call if we had any questions or concerns. The customer service rep was very kind and helpful but no one seemed to explain the visa cash back process and i just assumed it would be mailed to me. I am very happy with my alarm but definitely would've appreciated more detailed information during the whole process
