  My prescription was ready when I arrived. Billing had to be adjusted for insurance, so I sat and waited. And waited. The line (that I had already been at the front of) continued to grow. Then, my name was called, so I stood up. No one acknowledged me. I stood some more. I asked one of the other five people (besides the cashier who had tried to check me out earlier but apparently didn't recognize me thirty minutes later) behind the counter if they could get me out of there since I'd been waiting for thirty minutes for a prescription that was ready when I arrived. I was told to go to the back of the line and wait my turn. I left without my medicine and do not plan to buy so much as a soda there ever again.
