  Our teenage niece accidentally pulled the SIM card holder from her brand new I-phone somehow losing it. I went to CPR for help, quite honestly expected to be dismissed or else receive a large fee. I couldn’t have been more surprised. The customer service was excellent. The employee said they didn’t have these in stock because it is such a rare repair. He then said he would go see if they had any old phones with the same SIM card holder. He returned a few minutes later with a SIM card holder. I asked what I owed and he said nothing as it came from an old phone. He then asked me to just bring future business and give a good review if I have time. Wow! I was shocked. Not only did he go the extra mile to solve my problem but did it for free. CPR will absolutely get all of our future business. It’s rare to find a business to put the customer first. This is one!

  As I was sitting in the parking lot of Verizon waiting for them to open, I thought to myself maybe I should look for a cell phone repair place to help me out. That’s when I called CPR on Woodruff Road. Colton answered my call and told me to bring in my phone so he could diagnose the issue. When I arrived, he greeted me with a smile and listened to my issue that I had with my phone. He told me to wait a minute and that he would be right back with a diagnosis and cost of repair. He came out 5 minutes later with my phone completely repaired and had me on my way!! It was much cheaper then going to Verizon where they would have tried to sell me an upgrade. I really appreciate professionals like Colton and his staff. I am really happy that I found CPR. Thanks again and I will be recommending CPR to all of my family, friends, and coworkers...

  My experience with this location did not turn out well. After nearly 3 weeks waiting on my replacement part to arrive and finally be repaired, they informed me that they do not actually have the tools and equipment to diagnose issues with a cellphone. They just replace parts with hopes that it resolves the issue. They initially told me nothing was wrong with my phone, but I requested that the charger port be changed. They said that the replacement part did not work on my phone and they could not explain why. Each time I contacted them about my repair the story changed. That being said, by far the biggest disappointment was the extreme lack of care and customer service. I am sure this happens to few who patron this location, but...
