  Was helped there by Deidre back in the china/dishes section. I could not remember the name of the pattern and she walked around if me to find it, and even dug up our old wedding registry to find the exact right thing. Helped me order it to be shipped and was very pleasant. Great experience!

  Tried to call and ask if they had ornament boxes. Was told yes but they couldn't hold since they were 50% off. Drove a good ways to get there and found out I had been lied to they were not 50% off. This kind of customer service really stinks!!!
